Talented artist Eaupale, shares her latest single “Au Revoir Mon Amour” which is available on all the digital stores.

BEHIND THE SCENES, LET’S KNOW MORE ABOUT THE ARTIST: EAUPALE (pronounced OPAAL) is a French singer-songwriter, and guitarist from Cannes, France. Resident in London since 2018, she has been able to collaborate with artists from all around the world, allowing her to broaden her horizons and enrich her music. This multicultural openness has now enabled her to use both English and French in her texts which brought an international dimension to her creations. Crossover between folk, pop and electronic feels, EAUPALE draws inspiration from artists such as MARO, Lizzy McAlpine, and Petit Biscuit. Her music is a reflection of authenticity, delving into the experience of embracing one’s true self and fearlessly expressing vulnerability and truth. As a surfer and diver, her philosophy resonates strongly with the idea of reconnecting ourselves through nature and finding balance between body and mind. EAUPALE has performed at multiple ‘Sofar Sounds’ shows in London. She dedicates most of her time to creating and working on her music at ‘That Sound Studio’ in London, a space where artists like Olivia Dean, Laura Roy, and Geo Jordan have also worked and recorded music.

Enriched by her six-year experience in the culturally diverse English capital, EAUPALE describes her music as international French music. Her second single sits at the crossroads of folk, pop, and electronic music, presenting a vulnerable and transcendent project where her voice intertwines with a dreamy, floating groove, accompanied by delicate harmonies and an underlying acoustic guitar. The result is a tropical and melancholic paradise where organic textures meet pop culture.
EAUPALE expresses a desire to remain authentic, reconnect with nature, and connect with people. She explains: “As an artist, I would say that my primary goal is to embrace my vulnerability and emotions through music to create something true and pure, or authentic. Music is the art form I feel most connected to. It’s as if, for a moment, everyone vibrates at the same frequency through a song or a concert. For me, music is about sharing, giving, and receiving. And above all, it’s colorful. I often think of a sunny image, like the sun, to describe what I do. It’s a way for me to convey what I want to say and connect with others. I love the idea of creating a timeless moment and touching the listener deeply so they can connect with themselves and their emotions.”
Co-written with songwriters Manon Vigouroux and Jacob Bergh, “Au Revoir Mon Amour” addresses the theme of romantic separation with gratitude and maturity. It explores the notion that love can fade without any apparent reason, but that doesn’t necessarily mean a bitter end. The lyrics express gratitude for the time spent together and the personal growth resulting from the relationship. Despite the pain of separation, it is important to remember the shared moments with gratitude and thank the loved one for their positive impact on our life.
