Talented artist Eleri Ward shares her latest single called “Venusian Light“, which is available now on all digital stores.

BEHIND THE SCENES, LET’S KNOW MORE ABOUT THE ARTIST: Originally from Chicago, Eleri ward is an NYC-based singer-Songwriter and musician whose music is rooted in storytelling. A theatrical songstress, Eleri made herself known with her heralded Sondheim covers. Critically acclaimed by the New York Times, Forbes, and American theater magazine, Eleri took an indie-folk acoustic treatment to interpret Stephen Sondheimās canon through a new, imaginative lens. Meanwhile, Eleriās original music has been evolving far beyond the stretches of her acoustic covers and is now taking her into exciting new territory with electro-pop, melody driven tunes that use acoustic textures woven throughout to draw her audience into a celestial, ethereal, and introspective sonic landscape of her own crafting.

Following her two opening singles, āThere You Goā and āFloatā, off of her upcoming album, Eleri Ward elevates the trajectory of this anticipated project with āVenusian Lightā as her third and final teaser before her album release. A song centered around self actualization, āVenusian Lightā is a celestial anthem to blast when looking at yourself in the mirror. Venus, the planet of love and beauty, hottest planet in our solar system, and brightest in the night sky, serves as a beacon of self reflection and inner joy. Radiating from planetary light to internal celebration, this tune reflects a long and fruitful journey into self alignment.

In line with her previous singles and the album as a whole, āVenusian Lightā is another showcase of Wardās self-produced, DIY expression. Everything you see and hear came from Eleri Ward herself, from delayed banjo plucks to swirling synth, including the artwork and music video filmed and edited solo on her iPhone. The song is engineered and co-produced by Allen Tate with mixing and mastering by Tyler McDiarmid.
