Talking about the story behind the track and influences, Darrian Gerard says: “I was really inspired by blink-182’s latest album One More Time. I wanted to make a song that was true to me though, so I made sure to add catchy synth’s along with the hard hitting guitars. “Two Tickets” is a song about the sting of being let down by someone you thought would always be there. It tells the story of holding onto hope that someone will show up for you and they never do. With heartfelt lyrics and a dynamic sound, the track captures the weight of unspoken goodbyes and the realization that support isnāt always mutual.
