Eleven presents: Sandra Wolska – Cherry

Pop artist Sandra Wolska, shares her latest release “Cherry”, which is available now on all the major streaming platforms.

With the release of “Cherry” on February 27, the Polish artist takes a decisive step forward in the rollout of her forthcoming album Popstar. Serving as the project’s third single, the track fuses punchy basslines, unapologetic confidence, and a nostalgic nod to early-2000s pop into a bold, high-energy statement.

Although the album was nearing completion, she realized something was missing: a track driven by pure, irresistible dancefloor energy.

The album was mostly finished,” she explains, “but I felt it still lacked a song that truly ignites the dance floor. At the same time, I was still figuring out the right branding. I decided to lean into playful, cheeky vibes and allow myself to experiment—that’s how ‘Cherry’ came to life.”

Created in collaboration with producer Remi Anders of Anders Media, the track quickly evolved from a spontaneous creative outlet into a defining piece of the Popstar era. Its vibrant, carefree spirit now plays a central role in shaping both the album’s sonic identity and its visual direction, embodying themes of fun, freedom, and living in the moment without overthinking.

The artist also took full creative control of the visual concept. In the music video, her flowing red hair becomes an extension of the track’s fiery energy, while her presence exudes confidence in every frame.

It’s really not that deep, haha,” she says. “The best ideas come when you’re just being yourself. During the shoot, we completely went with the flow. We also had six other visuals scheduled for the album release that same day, so it was pretty intense.

Working alongside choreographer Ayrton Hensmans and her team, she translated the song’s infectious energy into a dynamic, dance-driven visual that perfectly mirrors its tone. She is quick to highlight the importance of her close-knit creative circle:

I’m incredibly grateful for my small team of best friends who are crazy enough to go along with all my ideas. Their support means everything to me—none of this would have been possible without them.
