California-based indie pop artist Gal Musette, shared her single “Julia” from her debut album ‘Backwards Lullaby’, which is available on all digital stores.

Influenced by songwriters like Joni Mitchell, Regina Spektor, Bjork, Cocteau Twins & more, she works on her  evocative and contemplative songwriting style and creates her own sound focused on indie/dream pop and baroque pop.

Gal confides that the video is: “a desolate ghost story about a woman who finds pleasure in her melancholy and loneliness while she looks for and finds play with a woman who may or may not be her, another woman or exist as a physical being at all.” The single features tender vocals, a warm delicate melody, and lush piano chords“.
